Legal Personnel instructed Bernie to initially design and set up our website with a job board in the early stages of the business growth. The website needed an interface using Dreamweaver and Bernie was able to train our support team to work with this. The support team has found Bernie very easy to work with in getting changes, updates and additions done on the website and any trouble shooting particularly with emailing. His easy, pleasant and approachable manner makes him a pleasure to work with. The team has commented on how good he is at teaching them new skills and he is able to explain things well with patience.

Last year Bernie acted as a consultant to Legal Personnel with regard to IT and issues we were having with our then current provider and became a valuable sounding board when information we were being given was inconsistent and at times incorrect. Bernie has been working closely with our company for the last four years as our IT support person. Over this time we have experienced huge growth and have opened multiple clinics. Bernie has been incredible. He’s taken a real interest in our company and proven himself to be invaluable. In fact over the last two years he has totally taken over the running of all of the IT systems in our clinics. “Bernie first started working with Signworx on 2nd April 2007, two days after all our systems were wiped out by floods. Without Bernie’s immediate response, our business would have been devastated. As signwriters we rely on our computers for everything we produce, so no computers means no money coming into the business. Bernie drove all the way from Auckland to the Bay of Islands through floods to come to our aid and install a new computer system for us.
