Networx Remote Support Service
The networx remote desktop system is a quick and easy way for us to help you by allowing
a networx IT support technician to take control of your computer over the internet.
We offer this remote computer support service in Auckland and nationwide.Step 1) Please call our helpdesk on 0800 NETWRX (0800 63 89 79) and one our consultants will talk you through the process (takes approximately 1 minute to setup).
*Important Note - this remote computer support service is available only to existing, networx clients and you must call our IT helpdesk prior to clicking on the link below*
Step 2) Click the name below choose 'MAC' if you have an Apple Computer and 'Windows' if you have PC using Microsoft Windows.

Step 3 ) When prompted to accept, click run then run again.
